If you change your mind after purchase you may return unwanted items to us within 14 days. Any unwanted items must be unopened, unused and undamaged. We require you ship the items back to us at your cost. Once recieved and the contents checked, a full refund will be given less shipping costs. If  the item is "in opened" condition we will apply a 20% handling charge.

After the 14 days period, but no later than 30 days, we can exchange your item for a different one.

An RMA number is required on ALL returns and should be included with the package as well as your name, address and your original order number. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping the goods.
